Show us your process
Thirty to sixty minutes: how orders come in, where tasks and numbers live, what drives you mad. You leave with an honest picture — even if we go no further.
Pricing
Two parts, and that is the whole price list: a flat subscription for the entire system, and development hours for anything you want built. No module configurator, no surprises on the invoice.
Kodawari OÜ is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to these figures and none appears on the invoice — the number you see is the number you pay. It also means there is no input VAT for you to reclaim. If that changes, the invoices and this line change with it.
The whole system. Nothing to pick or buy piece by piece — you pay for it working every day.
from
€99 / month
No VAT is added on top.
The figure depends on scale — locations, data volume, load on the bots and the AI. Never on a feature list: the features are the same for everyone. We name the exact figure after the audit, and it does not change retroactively.

No slide decks. You show how the work runs today; we say what moves onto a system and what that gets you.
Thirty to sixty minutes: how orders come in, where tasks and numbers live, what drives you mad. You leave with an honest picture — even if we go no further.
The first working piece of the system, on your real data, at the cost of the hours and no margin — including the first screen, drawn by you on paper. You look at a live system rather than slides, and decide whether we continue.
The platform runs every day; hours improve it where the business needs them that month. You can stop, and your data leaves with you in one button.
Yes — that is the intended way. Draw the screen on a sheet of A4, photograph it and send it to Telegram or e-mail. Within two working days you get a mock-up in the system's own style; say yes, and within a week it is live on your data, the way you drew it. The first screen is part of the start; the next ones come out of the subscription's development hours.
A modular price list makes you guess on day one what you will need in six months — and pay for the wrong guesses. You get the whole system at once, and development is bought as hours and spent wherever the business needs them this month: system work, website, ads, consulting, rollout.
The leftover rolls over to the next calendar month. After that it expires — otherwise hours pile up for years and stop meaning anything. Your balance and the work log sit in Settings, updated as work happens, so there is no “it suddenly expired”.
Scale: number of locations, volume of data, load on the bots and on the AI. Not a list of enabled features — the features are the same for everyone. We name the exact figure after the audit, and it does not change retroactively.
No. Giving the whole team access costs nothing; there is no per-seat line on the invoice. What roles change is what each person sees, not what you pay.
