What this site is, and what actually binds us
Last updated: 2026-09-07
Short on purpose. This page covers the website. The work itself runs on a signed agreement, and where the two disagree, the agreement wins.

hello@ovirno.com
Ovirno is a product of Kodawari OÜ. Everything on this site is published by that company, and every invoice comes from it.
The price list is not an offer
The figures on the pricing page are the starting point of a conversation, not a binding offer under Art. 16 of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act. “From €99 a month” is honest about the word from: the figure depends on scale, and the exact number is named after the audit, in writing, and does not change retroactively.
Nothing on this site charges you. There is no checkout, no card form, no subscription that starts by itself. Sending the form starts a conversation and nothing else.
How an engagement actually starts
- A free process audit — thirty to sixty minutes, no obligation on either side.
- Phase 0 on your real data, priced at the cost of the hours, agreed in writing before it starts.
- A written service agreement covering the subscription and the hours. That document, not this page, governs the work: deliverables, payment terms, confidentiality, data processing, liability and how either side ends it.
Work does not begin, and no invoice is issued, before the relevant appendix is signed.
Using this site
Read it, quote it, send it to whoever you like. The text and the design are ours; taking the wording wholesale for a competing product is not something we would enjoy discovering, and the usual copyright rules apply. Product names and marks belonging to other companies — WooCommerce, Google, Telegram, Zoho, ClickUp and the rest — belong to them and are used here only to say what connects to what.
Do not attempt to overload, probe or break this site or the application. If you find a security problem, write to hello@ovirno.com — that is genuinely appreciated, and it gets answered by the person who can fix it.
What we do not promise here
The pages describe a product that changes weekly, and the journal says so out loud. Screens and wording are taken from the live system, and figures inside the workspace mockup are made up and labelled as examples. Availability of the site itself is not guaranteed: it is static files on shared hosting, and it can go down.
Uptime, support response times and everything else that carries a number belong in the service agreement, where a number can be enforced.
Law and disputes
Estonian law. If talking does not resolve something, the courts of Estonia have jurisdiction. This is a business-to-business service; consumer protection rules aimed at private buyers do not apply to it.
